Normalise

Description

I was obsessed with the original Codemaster's "Music" software for the Playstation, which I got around 1998, when I was 16 and lived with parents. This was my first introduction into music creation software. A year later in 1999, Music 2000 came out, which gave me

the ability to sample for the first time. As I already had a CD writer

I could burn my own samples to be used in tracks which

opened up many avenues for experimentation. I spent a lot of hours

in my youth learning how to chop breaks and build tracks using

Music 2000. It was a great beginners program to delve into the world of electronic music production. This compilation of recordings made between 2000-2003 is a tribute to the software and the music sampled throughout the album.
