all in my head is a record i wrote while living on tarro’s couch downtown la in 2018. the song touches on the mental health hurdles we were dealing with at this time of uncertainty in our lives.

tarro and i have been working together since the early days when i was still living in canada. building a foundation for the careers and fan bases we have today.
