familiar is the second piece of the unreleased WITA EP alongside ‘been there before’ and two others that have yet to be minted.

sade has always been a primary influence for us, as we’ve been inspired by constant grooves and smooth sultry production. this song was born of the concept of feeling like you’ve known a person across multiple lifetimes, questioning if the purpose of life is just to connect with the people we are meant to be with.
